Anifil Skincare provides a 2-day return window for items that meet the return requirements. However, unless the incorrect item was delivered to you, you will be responsible for the cost of returns. Products that have been damaged due to your usage or poor handling are not returnable. Please contact us via any of our contact channels within two days of delivery and we will make every effort to ensure you get a resolution.


Conditions for returns

1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received the incorrect or damaged goods, you may return the item(s).

2. Following the successful validation of your claim, refunds will be given within 48 hours.

3. Make sure the product is in its original packing and that all seals, tags, and accessories are present when returning an item.For a simple and hassle-free return, we advise keeping the original carton and packaging materials.

4. You cannot exchange items just because you changed your mind.

Attach pictures of the product that was delivered to [email protected] as a means of evidence.

2. Wait for approval.

Once your claim is validated, we will provide information on the most suitable means of getting the item from you.
